Motive of Event: 1) To give training to members in water sports

                        2) training/selection of participants interested in Canoe Water Polo

                        3) training/selection of participants interested in Dragon Boat Event 2011

Preparations for : 1) Kayak Race State and National events

                          2) Kayak Expeditions

                          3) Canoe Water Polo Tournaments

                          4) Dragon Boat Race National and International Level

Kayak Expeditions Line Up: 1) Samak River in Tanjung Malim Perak

                                          - kayak down stream fast running water

                                          - water rapid rescue exercise

                                          2) Teluk Batek to Pangkor Island [to and fro]

                                              Round Pangkor Island

                                          3) Kuala Trengganu to Kapas Island [to and fro]

                                              Round Kapas Island

Fee RM150 fee inclusive of : 1) Double seater kayak

                                          2) Paddle & Vest

                                          3) Instructors and guide

                                          4) Rescue Boat

                                          5) Meals

                                          6) Attendance Certificate

Things to bring : 1) Proper Clothes for event

                         2) Toileteries for shower

9.00 am - Introduction to Kayak Equipment and briefing on safety

9. 30 am - XPDC begins

11.00 am - stop for break and light refreshment while rafting

11.20 am - XPDC continues

1.30 pm - XPDC ends

LUNCH

2,30 m - giving out the attendance certificate to participants and group photo session

3.00 pm - DISMIISSED
