Good luck to all our members heading to Mt Kinabalu. We wish you all good weather and an enjoyable hike.
The Core Team would like to thank Adeline from Adeline's Rest House in Gopeng www.rumahrehatadeline.com for her warm hospitality and delicious food during our company trip last month.
We would also like to thank Nomad Adventure www.nomadadventure.com for providing us with a unique experience in the trees, rocks, and caves of the Pinnacle Adventure High Ropes Course in Gopeng. For those of you who think you are NOT afraid of heights, take a short 2 hour drive to Gopeng and spend some time up high at the Nomad Mountain School.
Last month we also visited Waitomo Adventures in New Zealand www.waitomo.co.nz and had a blast abseiling down 100m into the LOST WORLD cave. We also abseiled down over waterfalls inside the caves, crawled around in cold underground water, and watched glow worms twinkle like stars in the caves. If you are in the north island of New Zealand, make sure you don't miss out on the caving adventures there because you can't get the same experiences in Malaysia.
You only have one life. LIVE IT UP!
